1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses via the Iamfrom online shop.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the Shopify shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer.
(3) The order confirmation is sent automatically by email. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order.

4. Products & Customization

(1) All products offered are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis following individual orders.
(2) Due to individual production, slight deviations in color, positioning, or size of the print may occur. These do not constitute a defect.

5. Prices & Shipping Costs

(1) All prices are stated in euros (EUR), including statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
(3) For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

6. Delivery & Shipping Providers

(1) Delivery is worldwide using the shipping providers indicated at checkout (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, local partners).
(2) Delivery times vary depending on the country and product and are generally:

* Austria: 5–10 business days
* EU countries: 7–14 business days
* International deliveries: 10–21 business days

(3) We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.

7. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered by Iamfrom (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, Shopify Payments).

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

(1) Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
(2) Exception: No right of withdrawal exists for individually produced products (print-on-demand) (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
(3) Returns are only possible in the case of:

* defective products
* damaged deliveries
* incorrectly delivered items

(4) Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving the goods via email to [info@iamfrom.shop](mailto:info@iamfrom.shop).
(5) The customer is obliged to provide photographic evidence of the defect before a return or reproduction takes place.
(6) The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except in the case of incorrect delivery.

9. International Customers

(1) For orders outside Austria/EU, the applicable tax and customs regulations of the destination country apply.
(2) We accept no liability for delays caused by customs clearance.
(3) Returns from non-EU countries are only possible after prior agreement.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of complaints, we strive to offer a fair solution (reproduction, credit, or refund).

11. Liability

We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

12. Copyright

All designs, images, and texts used in the shop are protected by copyright.
Use without our consent is prohibited.

13. Final Provisions

(1) Austrian law applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the registered office of the company.
(3) Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
